Colette Callister

Collete Callister is the creator of the successful swimwear company, Lime Ricki.  The venture is a result of her frustration in trying to find modest swimwear for herself and her daughter.  Callister’s business partners are her sisters, Jennifer Anderson and Nicole Bruderer. They are proof of the creativity and verve of Mormon women.

The sisters’ father was a Brigham Young University professor and international lawyer.  The girls grew up living in Egypt, Afghanistan, and even on an Indian reservation in Arizona.  Home base for the family was in Provo near BYU, and all three sisters now raise their families in Utah.

Collette is the head designer and production manager for the company.  Jennifer is the financial manager and business manager.  Nicole is the marketing manager and graphic designer, web designer, and assistant to Collette in swimsuit design.

The home page of their website says the following:

“Lime Ricki modest swimwear is fresh, flirty, fun and affordable. Whether you choose a classic one-piece or mix it up with a women’s tankini swimsuit, you’ll be sporting the latest styles in high-quality fabrics that flatter your figure. So don’t sacrifice fashion for the sake of a modest swimsuit. Lime Ricki makes modest chic.”

Lime Ricki has three storefront locations in Utah.  The line is growing in popularity and success.  The swimsuits are all made in the U.S.A.
